Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using DNS Anomaloscope (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Permitted use
The Service issues DNS queries against public DoH resolvers on your behalf. You may only monitor domains you own or have explicit permission to probe. Do not use the Service to harass third parties, generate abusive query volume, or violate resolver terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is.” Latency, variance, and z-score readings are observational and must not be the sole basis for production routing or incident response decisions.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the operator of this deployment.
